I fully support the idea of safe biking…. However, bikepgh fails to take into consideration the needs of the residents in the communities that they blindly put bike lanes in without notice. They also do not follow their mission statement about transportation equity accessible to all pgh residents. When you look at protected bike lane maps it is clear that these bike lanes overlap with only the high-income neighborhoods.
