LOVE Bikeorbar such a great workout environment. Instructors are so motivating and always changing up workout routines and classes - making me coming back for more! Compared to standard gyms and other local spinning/barre studios Bikeorbar offers the best value in terms of cost and quality of classes.

I've been casually spinning here and there, mainly at the free classes included in my normal gym membership. Based on a glowing recommendation from a friend, I've decided to try a spinning class at BoB, needless to say I was hooked!
