Inadequate service, aggressively rude owner, bike haters – I dropped off a beach cruiser on a Tuesday morning and was told it would be ready on Friday. At 2pm on Friday I show up to find out its not done, and wouldn't be ready until after 5. 3 hours from then. In 4 days, they hadn't even started the difficult and arduous process of changing the bearings on one tire, of a beach cruiser. Obviously a hard model to work with for this clearly talented business.
