I had a good experience here, thanks in large part to Nate, who helped me with a pedal issue. He proved to be very helpful and knowledgeable. It's clear this bike shop is well-equipped for all types of bike services, with a staff that's both friendly and well-informed. I'm already planning to participate in one of the local Wednesday rides when I'm back in Miami.

My two boys and I walked into the 1622 2nd ave location in downtown Miami and were met by a salesperson named Kleber Garcia. He was engaging, knowledgeable and friendly. We found three bikes, and he swiftly assisted with necessary adjustments and accessories. After checking out he set up our delivery the next day that arrived thirty minutes early. The delivery guy named Arnie had our bike ready to ride by the time we got our shoes on! I cannot recommend this store and staff highly enough.
