I really liked the service at this store, as the salespeople were friendly, even though they didn't have the product I was looking for. The store has a variety of clothing, bikes, parts, and accessories. The only thing I didn't like was that I didn't get any feedback through the website. Since I'm from another country and was working in Downtown Miami, I had asked about a product, but they didn't respond. Great place, nice people and really cool bikes
I had a good experience here, thanks in large part to Nate, who helped me with a pedal issue. He proved to be very helpful and knowledgeable. It's clear this bike shop is well-equipped for all types of bike services, with a staff that's both friendly and well-informed. I'm already planning to participate in one of the local Wednesday rides when I'm back in Miami.
