I needed a quick, minor adjustment on my gears for an upcoming trip. I called Bike Tech and they said to bring it in. I was thinking I was leaving it overnight but the technician went ahead and and adjusted it while I waited. Unexpected and greatly appreciated since I got a little busy preparing for my trip. Thanks alot. I'll be back for certain

I have a Terra trike rover 8 . I didn't buy it at bike tech cause they didn't sell them at the time I bought mine . However they service my trike . I have added many different things such as a rack, big tire in back. Phone holder , fenders . When I stop at the store they greet me as I am a friend . They get thing done in a timely matter . I've asked many questions and they are so great at giving me an answer . They are patient and kind . I give the a 5 * cause it has been well earned .
Went to store to find a new saddle and couldn't be happier with my purchase! Johnny spent 30-45 minutes working with me and setting me up on a trainer to make sure I was getting the correct saddle for my style of riding. Never been so comfortable on longer rides. Awesome customer service...highly recommend Bike Tech!
