I was told by a number of other bike shops that the bikes I was considering were "unavailable". One even said that the Salsa Cutthroat was the "rainbow unicorn of bikes right now"... well, Brent and his crew of James, Trevor, and Johnny did what they had to do, and had me my own Cutthroat , all set up, within a week of making my decision! They were a great team to work with, and have become my go to spot to shop for bike stuff! Bike Tech rocks! Thanks, guys!!!
