Amazing customer service, and everyone is so knowledgeable. I sent an email on Sunday (they are closed Sunday-Monday) and I got an email back within a few hours. Got my bike in early Tuesday morning when they opened and they called me after lunch that it was all done. They will take care of you for all your bike concerns! Thank you so much for getting my bike back on the trails!

Bike Tech doesn't do cars or trucks, and they don't do groceries. They do BIKES, and everything around BIKING, and they do it well.

Bought a $1700 bike and it was not properly tuned from the start. It always had shifting problems and brake problems. I took the bike back to them 4 times and they still could not fix it. Then they claimed I might have caused the problems?
