I’m extremely disappointed with my daughter’s manicure. She came in wanting a new set with a simple, natural pink base and white polka dots. Unfortunately, the finished result was nowhere near what we expected. The nails are crooked, uneven, and inconsistent in shape and length. The gel was poorly applied and doesn’t look smooth or professionally finished, and the white polka dots honestly look terrible. My mom and I absolutely love this nail salon. Not only is it really clean and they are so friendly but they offer you drinks and snacks. There’s no salon like it and you never have to wait. It’s just the best & we highly highly recommend.
Gave it a star because there was no other option. I just got yelled at by the owner or manager that I should know that nail polish takes more than five minutes to dry and that’s why gel is better All they do is try and push things on you and for him to degrade me and belittle me like that was uncalled forfor. Pedicure was NOT fabulous either. Won’t be coming back.
Worst manicure/pedicure ever. My nails looked better before I went inside. I do not recommend.
Absolutely love this place! They always do the best job and then staff us so kind.
