While the location is very beautiful I must say the quality of service is very poor. I went in simply wanting a French tip fill in and walked out with very sloppy, uneven, roughy edged nails. I felt uncomfortable asking for what I wanted and when I would voice my opinion for what I wanted changed I felt it was met with a lot of negativity to apply the correction to what i wanted. I experienced something unlike any other. I enjoyed coming a few times but the last time the owner did my gel manicure and ignored my request on going to the edges. I didn't like the bumpy job he did but didn't complain. The job on my toes looked messy as well. I came back since the few previous experiences went well. Today I was running late and called. This is my second time at capri per a friends recommendation. I don’t usually like the results for other nail shops but this one is it!!! I love love love!!! Tai was the nail tech who helped me and worked on my nails!! He was so accommodating and helpful. He gave good suggestions but i sticked for what was easy and simple ahaha! Great shop i recommend again and again!!
