I made the mistake of bleaching my own hair at home, it's was so blotchy and orange. The next day I made an appointment with Jackie and she was able to lift my hair to a nice, even, pale blonde color then we did pastel blue and purple over it. I love my hair and I strongly recommend Jackie and Bigsby House. Thanks Jackie!
