Business response:
This project had some other items to complete other than the roof. The roof portion went as expected however some of the ancillary items were not completed in a timely manner. We understand the frustration the customer had and have since corrected the customer service related issues.

Mac was great through the entire insurance claim process. With me a DIYer, he was great working with me on getting materials for work I wanted to do myself. He was able to upgrade the inadequate ventilation of my attic using correct calculations and innovative products. He also made sure to sheet the roof with plywood as my space decking was not up to Denver code. His crew was on time and friendly. His gutter guy was very good about coming back to iron out wrinkles in his work. I would definitely recommend Mac and Bighorn Ro... read more

What a great company. Showed up gave me a bid the next day and a week later I had a new and improved roof. Mac Stringer and his crew arrived when they said they would worked cleanly and took great care of my landscaping. Finished the job in 1 day as they said they would at the price that was quoted me. No Hassles at all.Mac is very up to date with city codes and his material knowledge is class A just like the company. THANK YOU BIGHORN ROOFING
