Rich Hailey was extremely helpful, professional and thorough.
gary dawson from bighorn roofing inspected my roof, and found more than just hail damaged tiles. he noted tiles that were defective, and tiles damaged from being incorrectly walked on. he advised that i should contact the tile maker, which i did. they inturn inspected the roof, concurred with what gary found, and agreed to replace both the defective tiles, and tiles that were damaged through carelessness. if any additional repair is needed, gary will be the first person i call.

We set up an appointment, Rich Hailey and Jeff_______ showed up on time and spent a solid half hour-45 minutes running through the different areas of the roof, inside and out.
