gary dawson from bighorn roofing inspected my roof, and found more than just hail damaged tiles. he noted tiles that were defective, and tiles damaged from being incorrectly walked on. he advised that i should contact the tile maker, which i did. they inturn inspected the roof, concurred with what gary found, and agreed to replace both the defective tiles, and tiles that were damaged through carelessness. if any additional repair is needed, gary will be the first person i call.
The roof repair has been carried out to my complete specification. I would recommend this company to my friends in need. Thanks

Bighorn Roofing LLC was the first company to respond to an online estimate referral by Service Magic. We set up an appointment, Rich Hailey and Jeff_______ showed up on time and spent a solid half hour-45 minutes running through the different areas of the roof, inside and out.
