The representative went to the property to evaluate and estimate the project. He did not think he would complete the task during the first visit with the customer. His tools were in his work truck.

Bighorn was great! Very attention oriented and friendly - the owner was out to our site several times to monitor and work - even on the weekends! We haven't seen much of our roof since it was finished because of the snow, but we are really excited for it and hope it serves us well. We really liked Bighorn and would recommend them - I hope their product is as good as their service!

gary dawson from bighorn roofing inspected my roof, and found more than just hail damaged tiles. he noted tiles that were defective, and tiles damaged from being incorrectly walked on. he advised that i should contact the tile maker, which i did. they inturn inspected the roof, concurred with what gary found, and agreed to replace both the defective tiles, and tiles that were damaged through carelessness. if any additional repair is needed, gary will be the first person i call.
The roof repair has been carried out to my complete specification. I would recommend this company to my friends in need. Thanks
