nice man who came to repair my oven, it was a minor issue which was addressed easily. That said, he was very helpful and the charge was limited to just the house call amount.
Greg Biggs is very knowledgeable about refrigeration systems from 30+ year old systems to newer ones. I would also trust him with other appliances. His work is thorough and meticulous. He solved a defrost problem on our ancient GE side by side refrigerator/freezer. With his insights into how to adjust freezer/refrigerator temps, the unit is working better than it ever has before. Strongly recommend him for appliance repairs.

The gentleman that attempted to repair my refrigerator/freezer was not professional and consulted Google for help. He may be able to repair something minor but don't count on anything more.
