I love this bigby, the staff is ALWAYS beyond friendly and patient. Easy to talk to and the environment makes uou feel so welcomed and it's clean.
The owners & baristas always make you feel welcome. They make a great product & are the friendliest group of people. I highly recommend the Waterville franchise!
