Best coffee around! Their specialty drinks are my favorite with an always changing holiday menu! The owner and staff take care of me every morning and I’m very thankful for their friendly faces! Always excellent service!

Just simply the best. Our town is a better place because the Robertsons opened a Biggby. Their service and product are top notch, and why wouldn’t I choose a quality drink from a local shop owner? Our whole family is Biggby Waterville loyal for life!
It was sad that they got rid of the Reece's frozen coffee, But the Ladies there made me a great one instead. ❤️😀It was so good 😊 Sad that I can't go into there all the time and just ask for a Reece's now and hope that who ever is working will make me something just as good. So the only thing I can say is PLEASE BIGGBY, make up something just like or better for the menu in place of the Reece's 🙏🏼 Thanks again Lafies who made my Belated Birthday drink so Special 👍🏼
