The entire staff is great! very informative, patient. and friendly! Kaylee even helped me set up my card so I can earn points (the app was giving me difficulty). For the last 12 years, I've gone to Starbucks, NOT anymore!
This location is by far my favorite! All of the employees are friendly and remember my order when I come through! It’s always clean and the drive thru is always fast and convenient!
I received the wrong order of coffee, I kindly took it back and asked for them to remake it. All they did was add more ice to it and said it was remade. Super disappointed!!!!!!!!!

I grew up with Biggby in Ohio and was so very thrilled when it moved into Granger. I know it’s a franchise, so what has been going on with this Biggby is not all of them. The multiple price increases while the prices in the stores I visit in Michigan and my hometown in Ohio stay the same. Then charging for me to get a water with my coffee. Then today I visit for my BOGO Wednesday, only to be told that it is no longer happening and had to pay for 2 drinks, with no notice.
