Nice and friendly staff. Quickly make drinks up. Overall nice place New Review - Since moving locations down Ann Arbor Road they have replaced all the staff and the service isn't what it used to be. Staff routinely forgets orders, takes a long time to fulfill orders, serves cold drinks when they're ordered hot. The other day the employee basically threw my daughters hot chocolate at me and didn't say a word to me or even smiled as she tossed me the drink. Coffee and price was great and staff were friendly. But this was the filthiest location I have been to. Giving my favorite coffee chain a bad look.
Never had an issue at the new location or when they were down the road at the gas station. Wonderful service and goods
Of all the local coffee places in Plymouth MI, the Biggby on Ann Arbor Road is the one that has will make my latte exactly the way I ask them to. The staff are very friendly and accommodating as well.
I think it's crap that they don't have biscuits anymore that the hole reason we came here we used to go to Tim Hortons but this was better why get rid of something that sells we go everyday sad
