Loved this coffee shop! It was right off the highway next to a gas station. So while we had to fill up I stopped in and it was great! If you wanna treat yourself to something tasty this is a great choice.
Absolutely splendid establishment. I was most impressed by the service—one young gentleman in particular prepared a delightful beverage with great care and courtesy. His professionalism and warm demeanor truly elevated the experience. A most enjoyable visit indeed.
Not well staffed, long wait, staff had trouble prioritizing orders with drive through and in person.
This is the BEST biggby in west Michigan by far. They have never got my order wrong, and the service from the staff there is always pleasant.
Went through the drivethrough with 2 cars in front of me and it took over 20 min. After waiting this long my order was wrong as well.
