Drive thru took 25 min for a door dash pick up order because there’s no inside counter. Not a good experience here. The drinks also are so sugary with a burnt espresso taste. Very disappointing after having to wait for that.
Avoid this location. Since going to drive thru only this location has went downhill.
We tried this location a year ago, the drinks were all disgusting. We thought we would give this location a try again. What are they doing there? We got one cold drink and one hot drink and they were both very, very disgusting. Not like anything I've ever drank. I go to a different Big b once a week, their drinks are fantastic. I'm not sure if it's the people mixing it or if it's the ingredients they have. Will never go again.
