Order a coffee with cream and tea. They did not get made right - such a bummer.
I've been going to this Biggby since I started my new job and they've been prompt every visit, I don't think I've ever waited more than 3 minutes for my order to be completed and the employees always put a smile on my face! (Coffee always tastes great too)
Another BIGGGBY win! ☕ This morning we stopped by the BIGGBY Coffee on Eastern Ave. in Grand Rapids to pick up coffee, hot cocoa, hot water for tea, and my favorite… their delicious cinnamon tea! If you’ve never tried it, you’re missing out. It’s flavorful, comforting, and has so many wonderful health benefits. The biggest surprise? Their hot cocoa! Usually I go to this location only when I need to, because the workers always seem idiotic and never make the drinks right. Today I went, and I can say it was the best service and drink I ever received from this location. A lovely girl took my order and made my drink (I assume) and actually smiled at me and engaged in conversation. Kiara was the name and hopefully she works there often or your out of luck.
