Not only got my order wrong, but also straight up did not use my gift card. I physically handed the card to them, she took the card, and then gave it back and looked at me dead eyed. The coffee was BARELY warm, and they stuck the teabag paper in my drink, you know, the paper that they touch with their bare hands.
I'm not sure how this location is steel going at this point. This location, this is the second time I've been gravely disappointed in my drink after waiting over ten minutes for it to have no flavor and not match the description on the board. The wait time is extremely long in comparison to the quality of the actual drink. I definitely wasted my money for the second time at this location and Bigby prices are not cheap at all.
Everytime I come here something’s getting messed up they act like they aren’t trained how to do the job an there’s a specific young male who’s always very rude
