Really depends on who is working and time of the day if you get a good coffee. Morning crew normally zero issue, late afternoon very hot and miss lately, The ones that made sure it was done right were let go. We have been going here for a long time and today was the last straw, got all the way home to find out we had warm milk no coffee, Drove all the way back and the short girl working had such a nasty attitude, If I had The owners number I would call her. Not sure if we will go back.

I visit this establishment 1 to 2 times a day. Lately they can't seem to make my drink correctly and when I come back in to let them know they give you an attitude like it's my fault. I drink the same type of coffee every time I go, sometimes they forget to actually put coffee in my drink then I end up with just mocha and milk. I also ask for no whip, but they decide to give it to me anyway. I ask for skim milk but sometimes they give me whole milk which my stomach can't handle. This used to be my go to spot for coffee. It’s the closest one to me. But now I purposely avoid coming here. They used to make a lot of money from just my orders. The people that work here are kind and hardworking, but whoever the owner is very stingy. She purposely makes sure that coupons are not placed out so that people don’t pick them up. You have to ask for a coupon on your own and when you do ask for a coupon, your told that you can’t use it until the next time you come in….but I’m never offered a coupon unless I remem... read more

The place looks dirty, and there are barely any seating accommodations. The girl at the register was nice, but her co-worker could use some manners. If someone thanks you, don't snub them.

I like to handle things with management before going online but since I was there on Thursday 7/17 and asked for the manager to call me regarding the situation since the girl who was in charge that day could not tell me a time to reach the manager. I visit pretty close to once a week but after the 4th visit in a row with a problem I figure I would bring it to their attention.
