I like to handle things with management before going online but since I was there on Thursday 7/17 and asked for the manager to call me regarding the situation since the girl who was in charge that day could not tell me a time to reach the manager. I visit pretty close to once a week but after the 4th visit in a row with a problem I figure I would bring it to their attention. They give you 1/2 a cup of cappuccino and won't toast bagel.
Staff is very rude and short with people seemed annoyed she had to do her job! We miss our regular barista I wish I knew her name . But she is a very nice blond girl you and always smiling and very pleasant. We stop here every morning on the way to work.
This is a nice, quiet little spot to relax, have conversation, or work on the laptop like I did. I love Biggby, but especially their Chai Latte!
