First time going here my coffee cup was 3/4 full at best. Not acceptable when you’re paying 8$ for a drink. Was not hot either. Fast forward a few weeks, sat in drive thru line for 20 minutes (about 5 cars in front of me) and when I rolled up to the speaker I sat there for 10 minutes and nobody ever came. Drove around and lobby was closed and I didn’t see anyone…..this was a Sunday morning too. What is it about Hamburg/Brighton food service these days?

Really depends on who is working and time of the day if you get a good coffee. Morning crew normally zero issue, late afternoon very hot and miss lately, The ones that made sure it was done right were let go. We have been going here for a long time and today was the last straw, got all the way home to find out we had warm milk no coffee, Drove all the way back and the short girl working had such a nasty attitude, If I had The owners number I would call her. Not sure if we will go back.

I visit this establishment 1 to 2 times a day. Lately they can't seem to make my drink correctly and when I come back in to let them know they give you an attitude like it's my fault. I drink the same type of coffee every time I go, sometimes they forget to actually put coffee in my drink then I end up with just mocha and milk. I also ask for no whip, but they decide to give it to me anyway. I ask for skim milk but sometimes they give me whole milk which my stomach can't handle.
