Upper management and/or the owner needs to step up and help your staff. The drive through is always backed up and drinks are not being made correctly. My frozen Brown Bear latte today was definitely missing tonic (I know this as a former Biggby employee). I want to stress that it is NOT your baristas' fault that they are struggling. They need leadership and they are clearly not getting it. Fix it.
Has to be the SLOWEST drive the location. Drinks are made and just sit there getting watered down as we wait in a line from hell
They got our order completely wrong. They gave us hot when we asked for iced and gave us the wrong size for one of our drinks. When I walked in the first thing they said was “well I asked”. Covering your own butt is no way of just accepting responsibility for your mistake because in fact you did not ask and didn’t even get the sizes right. It’s offensive as a customer that is PAYING FOR A SERVICE to call me a liar.
Best customer service in a long time! The gentlemen working the drive through this Saturday morning around noon was awesome. Wanted to give him a shoutout but he didn’t have a name tag. Either way it was refreshing to see someone seem like they genuinely happy at work. Thank you!
Sitting in the drive through right now here at the window after ordering two electric dragons and a bagel I’ve been ignored for 10 minutes just for them to give me the wrong drink. It’s 8:56 am people have to be to work there is no reason I should have to wait 20 minutes when there is only 1 other car. Also before leaving I asked the lady at the window who the Gm is and she laughed and said me Elizabeth! Don’t waste your time or money here.
