Edit: Since becoming a regular here things have dramatically improved and if you're in a rush don't use the drive through!!
Drive threw is slow waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks
Service is SLOW rather inside or in drive thru. Something needs to be done about timing seriously we've had to leave the line several times. Shameful
I have been waiting in line for almost 30 minutes for two coffee’s and a muffin. This is a depressing experience and will most likely not be returning to this specific Biggby anytime soon despite living 2 minutes away. I could have gone to family fare, bought a muffin, bought PSL material, gone home, made my sandwich and coffee and come back and still be waiting on my order.
