Me and my partner waited for about 40 minutes today for our drinks in line, which is usually no big deal but when we got our drinks I was charged and given a bigger size , was given the wrong straws after having to ask for them, was super sour, and our other drink’s espresso was most definitely left out for too long before being combined with the milk and so so bitter :(. Charged me nearly $4.00 to put oatmilk in my coffee. I can buy a half gallon for that price.
Bad service today Sunday night
Spent $11 on a 20oz coffee that tasted like water and donut holes that tasted like soap. The other reviews say the drive through takes forever (which is so very correct) but the coffee/food is good (which was so not correct in my experience). I definitely will not be wasting anymore time or money at this Biggby location.
ALL 3 JERKS WORKING ON CHRISTMAS EVE!!!! I drove an uber passenger from Kalamazoo to Grand rapids. I dropped off two doorways down from biggby. I had to urgently urinate, and another ride was already lined up in my app. THEY WOULD NOT LET ME USE THE RESTROOM!!!! On Christmas Eve???? Wow WHERE HAS HUMANITY GONE??? ZERO STARS!!!
