Love at first zip! Omg! Let's start with the kind and nice man that took our order. He answered all our questions with patience. Then we tried the mocha mocha frozen and omggggg... AMAZING! Coffee grain is so good! Reminds me of home!
Love love love BIGGBY! Coffee is smooth and flavorful. The staff is always pleasant and a pleasure to talk to. I have been going there for the past 6+ months and never disappointed with the service or my order. I was an avid Starbucks fan, but BIGGBY changed me! My husband always comments on how nice and polite everyone is there. Even my dog gets excited as we pull in to the drive through because he knows he’s getting a cookie!
I go through almost on a daily. I have never said anything and always gave the lady the benefit of the doubt that maybe she is having a rough time but it’s clear that’s not the case considering it has been over a year. The older lady with dark longer hair always working the drive thru is just down right rude to her employees and costumers. The most dry person and not pleasant. I hope the owner reads this. I met you sometime ago when you were doing repairs on the building and me and you talked about how my kids and grandkids work at biggby up in Michigan. I have been your store several times and ordered a banana split no whip cream. It is usually good today may 23rd at 8:00 p.m. I took it back to the window and told them it was not made right it did not taste like there was enough banana in it.
