This is my go-to location. The service here is wonderful. All the ladies are very pleasant. I order mostly one drink and it's delicious every time.
The staff here is always very inviting and kind. I've never had any issues when I come here. They know what they're doing and they do it well.
This is my go to location and the staff are usually always friendly but they are SLOW, today I ordered one drink and sat in drive thru for 15 minutes. Would say the only improvement needed is to be a bit faster. Funny enough, I work at Starbucks but choose Biggby on my day’s off and the long wait times would never be acceptable at Starbucks.
Big Biggby fan, but I'll go out of my way to go to anyone other than Hollands. Long waits with few customers, the drinks and the food are subpar compared to any other location, and I am honestly not sure how since they should have the same ingredients and recipes across the board. But somehow, every time, they make it happen.
