Gotta give a huge shout out to Hastings bigby! You guys rock and make my time there an experience every time. I LOVE HASTINGS BIGBY! 😍☕
5 cars ahead of us with a half hour wait in drive thru for an incorrect order, long wait times are frequent. Perhaps they are understaffed or their location can not accommodate the volume of customers, I will not go back to biggby. Staff was less than pleasant when we explained the order was incorrect, there was no offer to replace or refund the incorrect drink.
the Baristas are amazing and always so friendly, they are always working hard and fast to get your orders done as soon as possible. Love Hastings Biggby!!
friendly staff great place to work away from home and office
To much money to never get a full cup of coffee like we paid for. All I wanted was 20oz of delicious coffee.

The last few plus times I’ve visited this BIGGBY they’ve gotten my order wrong. There is one friendly girl who works drive thru often, otherwise the crew is not friendly and gets things wrong almost every time. I mean I get it things happen every once in a while. But it’s been wrong for the last four times at least, and I don’t even order a specialty drink, it’s house coffee... I’ll be going to Starbucks or state grounds in the future.
The worst Biggby! The drive through is the slowest I have been to in the entire state. Currently sitting at the window to order because the headsets quit working. I’ve been here over 30 min and have yet to order right here at the window! Will NEVER be coming back to this location. This is the norm here!
last 3 times I've went there the lattes have had too much flavor and cant even taste the espresso.. all were supposed to have an extra shot.. used to be my favorite biggby
