It’s about 50/50 what kind of service and coffee you’ll get. Some times the service and coffee are great. Or there’s days like today where their toaster is broken and even though you say three times you’d like caramel in your iced coffee, they hand you out a plain black iced coffee. No my impressed today.
They are amazing with their customers! If I lived closer, I’d go to them over the location close to me. They have an awesome attitude & put customers first!
I just waited 20 minutes for two drinks, a bragel , and a parfait (that they forgot to give me). There was 1 Oder in front of me for two drinks. 8 cars came and went through the drive thru before I was given my order. My bragel wasn’t hot by the time my drinks came. Not sure if this is the norm or not, but that’s not acceptable service.
Usually good but last two times with new help all you taste is bitter strong coffee. So strong you didn't taste the salted caramel flavor. Called first time they replaced it. Not asking again. The saying is three strikes you are out..I know they are training but then someone needs to do quality control. Afraid if they don't watch it, this place will suffer. Not sure if worth trying again.
Should’ve just waited out the drive thru line.... going inside takes TWICE AS LONG!!!!! � and not to mention, I was the only customer waiting inside!!!
