We come in nearly every Wednesday night for a few hours. We absolutely love Katie! She's always friendly and makes each visit special. She puts love into every drink she makes. She remembers what we normally order and if our drink is ever not perfect, she will re-do it. (Which never happens) My only note would be if you want somewhere warm to sit, don't sit next to the large glass windows. I was so excited to see we had a Biggby location opening in Sparta! They have, hands down, the best brewed coffee anywhere if you like to drink your coffee black. Locally owned by a great guy, and franchised in Michigan. What more can you ask for? Oh yeah, lots of specials every week, and rewards with a card or in their app.

Very disappointed in the way my mom was treated this morning. Our entire family was regulars at this location for many many years and multiple times I would go out of my way to visit this location. Management should probably be talked to about how to treat loyal clients, or any for that matter. I will be going to other locations with management that appreciate their patrons!
Same barista has messed up my last 4 mochas.
Great coffee and service. Shout out to the girls working tonight we stopped not knowing hours for sure literally 8pm we asked if open they said yes and took our order. As we pull up we see the door says closes at 8. We told the girls we really didn't have to have coffee if they were all cleaned up and ready to go. But they said no problem and gave us our coffee and we left 8:05. Super service ladies.

Best coffee around! Their specialty drinks are my favorite with an always changing holiday menu! The owner and staff take care of me every morning and I’m very thankful for their friendly faces! Always excellent service!
