RecommendedThe food is absolutely excellent! When one looks at all the details that go into the meal, you understand why it is so great. For example, the pork is smoked by locally-sourced wood that the pitmaster cut up and split himself, the sauces are all homemade in small batches, and the owners are extremely hands-on with all aspects of the restaurant. It is only a short, short 5-minute drive from Onalaska, people!!!!! Get out there and try them...you will be back!

A huge thank you to Sandy and the rest of the staff who made us feel so welcome and served a DELICIOUS dinner Thursday evening. They really made our trip to Big Boar BBQ special for us and our Kids! We can’t wait to sport our sunglasses and can cozies back in Ireland!! 🇮🇪
Great to have them at the campgrounds last weekend these boys shared french fries and cheese curds it was a hit I love the sliders

College graduation party for our daughter featured awesome food from Big Boar! So many compliments on the deli I food and so convenient to pick up all our dishes the morning of the party! Thank you so much!!
We ordered the pulled pork and loaded potatoes for a graduation party. Soooooo delicious! Positive reviews from everyone.
Do you still do breakfast? Loved the menu, reasonable prices, plus good lunch menu.
We LOVE big boar and had them cater our wedding, which was delicious and highly recommended- however we went tonight (Wednesday) to try “wing night”. Wing night does NOT come highly recommended! Wings were fried to a crisp there was barely meat left, and so dry you could barely swallow. We were so very disappointed, especially after we waited extra time because our order was messed up the first time. 😔 We will stick to the delicious ribs and pulled pork next time.
