I have been a long time customer with BBTS. I have shopped with them for all of my high end toys. The last 2 purchases were very disappointing, I am normally a huge fan of pile of loot, you can save a bunch on shipping. Most recently last 2 orders , even though I purchased items whether it would be pre- order or while it were heavily in stock, I have received an email stating that all they had left were "sub-standard" packaging left before they shipped.
