Rich was EXCELLENT! He showed up right on time with very short notice to conduct a home septic system inspection. Let me tell you, this guys knows his stuff! He was able to locate the septic tank with a little intuition and know how in no time at all. He pumped the tank, explained what he was looking for, and lastly told us what the condition of the system was in general.
