Rich was awesome. I messaged him about septic inspection on a home purchase and he responded within minutes. Showed up on time and knew exactly where the tank would be. Very knowledgeable knew everything about the area and gave recommendations on how to take care of the tank and how often to empty it. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using Big Willy's Septic Service in the future!!
This man is top-notch goes to all ends to make sure a job is perfect very cordial called him at 8:30 in the morning was there by 11 a.m. to help me out fix the problem in 20 minutes cannot say enough about this company or the gentleman that runs it we've used him multiple times he saved me so much trouble and money can't say enough about this man stand-up guy right here you will not find a more dedicated company I promise
This guy was amazing. Came over last minute to help me out since my line was clogged to the sewer. Very funny and reliable!!! Would recommend to ANYONE!!
Absolutely impossible to get a hold of anyone there. Phone number just rings and rings and never goes to a voicemail/answering machine.
