Rich did our septic inspection when we bought our home 3 years ago. Lucky for us, we were able to get a new septic, at prior owners expense, before we had an expensive disaster! Rich doesn't do the septic replacements himself so we knew we could trust him! He has also done our bi-annual septic pump since. He does a thorough job and is very knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend to anyone with a septic.
I used Big Willy's and he was not only the least expensive but he showed me where to locate my lid where others wanted to charge an extra $25 or more. Big Willeys explained how & where to find the lid then explained how some septic companies don't fully drain the septic n had me come out when he was finished to see that it was empty. This was about 4 - 5 years ago and its about time to have him come again. I would never use anyone else. Never returned my calls. Ended up calling another company instead who actually answered their phone right away and was able to send someone out within the hour.
Rich came to my house for an inspection/pump out even after not wanting so late but went above and beyond and pricing was very fair would recommend him over everyone Thank you !
