Yesterday at the Big Whiskey in Springfield on Republic St. and the food took more than 45 minutes to come out and when I came out it was Luke-warm at best. The frickin saucer was hotter than the eggs, the French toast, which wasn’t toast, it was more like a baggette, and it was barely warm. It was so bad, my wife who had a southwest burrito, her food was cold as well as my mother in-law’s avocado toast was a skimpy attempt as a spread. It was also cold.
