RecommendedMoved to Bentonville today an decided to try BW . Our Server Courtney was absolutely Amazing! Super Friendly an on point. The hostess could have been a little more friendly… but the food was outstanding!! My steak was cooked perfectly. Our new favorite for sure. It was better then the Downtown Little Rock BW!
RecommendedNormally the food is great as is the atmosphere. Tonight I was a member of a private party - it was a large group in the room upstairs. Our server, Scotty was wonderful and worked his tail off. The kitchen took over an hour to start getting food to our party. No one - not even the manager - helped him. Every time I go in to watch a game it’s never on where the TVs aren’t working. I’ve been regular there for several years and the service has gone way downhill. They never had the sound on even for the home Chiefs games. Today I asked several times if they would change it to the main ESPN channel because the other one was out on the TVs. When I come to a bar to watch the games for the experience I can watch a game at home but the experience and Big Whiskeys is horrible
