We purchased three quilt covers, two Euro pillow covers and one bed cover set from Big W Werribee. After paying, we politely asked if a staff member could unlock a trolley because we didn't have a $1 coin. Since the store doesn't provide large carry bags, we genuinely had no practical way to carry our purchases. Our request was repeatedly refused, with staff simply telling us they were "not supposed to unlock the trolleys."
