How Pathetic only having one staff member in the self serve area forcing customers to self serve..If we have to serve ourselves we deserve a discount, after all we are doing a job an employee should be doing
I tried to redeem my Ooshies, but the staff member at the checkout area told me that I couldn’t because I had made my purchase at Woolworths. I was a little confused, as I understood that Woolworths and BIG W are part of the same business group. Is that correct?
Terrible customer service... both at this store and online. As a parent to a 7month old and someone who works full time, I need to pre plan every part of my day. I tried calling to ask some questions about their party section, but it took me ages to find a phone number, which they never answered. I then tried using their customer service chat feature.
