I absolutely love Dr. Ed and BTVH. I've been taking my pets here for over a decade and I always receive warm and compassionate care. Dr. Ed is good with both the pets and their humans.

So grateful to Dr Ancu for his care of my pup Sam. He's thorough, thoughtful, commited and obviously very knowledgeable. He followed my dog's illness through to the end, until he had the answers we needed. He always called and to fill me in and was so patient with my many questions. I have been bringing my cats here for 20 years. Sometimes, I have had a beloved pet euthanized here and the staff and Dr. Ancu treat this painful situation with deep respect. Dr. Ancu is a master at handling my animals and uses a big heart as well as his knowledge in making medical decisions. He always carefully describes the problem and usually offers several options for treatment.
