Last night I ordered a meatball calzone . and , a pastrami sandwich from here and had a huge screw in my sandwich. When I took my food back the manager reimbursed me my money . But I have to wait 7 business days too get my money back because I had paid with my debit card . The manager wasn’t very friendly and neither was the staff about me complaining there screw was in MY Food that I paid $22 for !! The best pizza and wraps in Rhode Island they are super nice and outgoing all the time I have never been disappointed at big Tony’s pizzeria. After coming to big Tony’s I never went anywhere else and the service and hours is the best.
Picked up from here for the 1st time and I will definitely be back. The food was just the way I ordered it, very reaaonably priced and the baklava was perfection
Tonight they didn't impress me with forgetting the beverage and taking over three hours to attempt to get it. Never received the drink.
