Back from my mother's house and ordered Big Tonys Pizzeria.. Tried to order online, total was $16.81. Said my address was out of the 6 mile radius. they delivered to my address last week. so I called, was told my order was $26.81 Let them know kids had $100 bill. driver hands me $65 because he had no change. called to complain because after all $10 in deliverey charge and $9 in tip is too much. I’ve been waiting for my food since 1:09pm and it’s almost 230Pm. I called and got hung up on once and no call back. They see in calling and don’t pick up. Who wants soggy and cold fries!? After an 1 and 30 minutes you should be apologizing and sending hot food straight away and giving a credit. All I ordered was a chicken finger plate!!!! Terrible customer service and they took my money. I have still no food to show for it! Is asking for fresh and at least warm food too much to ask for??

#bigTonys So me and Cat Amitrano ordered a large pepperoni pizza with a 2litter and garlic nots. Not only did we not get what we ordered and missing two iteams, but when we called to complain they said they were to busy and to ask for a refund tomorrow when the manager would be in. Here it is today we called and asked and they said there was nothing they could do. Payed $30 for a pizza wtf
