I always thought big Tony’s used freshly cooked ingredients but was disappointed to learn today that they just use precooked, prebagged stuff like Domino’s. Pretty disappointing considering the price. They also just leave it out in the open, don’t keep it cool and safe. Where is the concern for food freshness and quality?
Big Tony's has some of the best tasting menu. Today I had to tip the cook because the food was amazingly tasting and cooked to our liking. Too often we tip the driver (not saying they dont deserve a tip too) but the one who really should be getting tipped more often are the cooks, who make the orders. If you guys ever eat inside, PLEASE TIP the person who prepares your food. It goes a long way.
I ordered a veggie calzone from grubhub and it was the beat calzone that I ever had! no complaints from me

Big Tony's Pizza is pure trash. Service is horrible, food sucks & overpriced the amount & the quality of food you get.
Grade A shithole. The owner don’t care about his customers. Shut this place down stop screwing over people.
Extremely rude on the phone. Place an order on Grubhub on a day they were closed. Order went through - never got my food, and obviously wouldn’t pick up the phone. Had to drive down to the shop to find out they were closed. So I’ve paid for an order but today the man on the phone told me he “couldn’t help me” and promptly hung up.
