You have now raised our storage fees by over 50% in one year. You have raised our rent now twice over the year we have been customers. No explanation, nothing. The sole reason we rented from you all was the great deal we received. If I had known that price wasn't even going to last for 6 months, let alone be raised over 50% in a 12 month period, we would not have used your services. This is completed garbage.

My experience at PUBLIC STORAGE on Rt 9 in Old Bridge NJ. We put some of my mother’s things into storage approx 45 days ago. She had advanced cancer. On 9/10, I received a call that payment was late. I explained that mom passed last week and we were picking up the pieces. I asked for a 2-day extension. They sounded understanding, expressed condolences, granted the extension. answer your phone!!!!! Your emergency phone no one answers either!!! Terrible service
Having an issue with water in my unit used to store my mothers belongings. It was pointed out that over a month ago I moved a load in while it was raining. I’m waiting for the footage to be located and will talk to corporate tomorrow. All I asked for is to be moved to an inner unit like my other two, but apparently I will need to still pay for the wet unit as well. Not a happy camper st all.
Transferring locations is a pain especially when they are not willing to work with you. Where’s the customer service?
