This is a great facility. Clean, well managed, well maintained and great rates.
I’m not one to leave a bad review but, I know bad customer service when I see it. My uncle went in to rent a storage unit yesterday and within hours, decided he did not want the unit for one reason or another. He asked for a refund. He was told they didn’t know how to refund, they couldn’t refund, and the owners, who live out of state, were the only ones who could authorize that for him.
