I put my stuff in here and when I went to pick it up it was gone and they claim someone came to get it but that isn’t true. The manager won’t contact me back and they stole thousands of dollars worth of my stuff. I now am in the middle of a legal dispute. Don’t put your stuff in here. It will go missing.

Every Contract states that after 6 months the rent will increase. what is not stated is that this facility, and corporate, think a 25% rent increase is an appropriate amount. Do not rent from this facility or any other one unless you want to be completely price gouged

in 2014 I rented 2 units at 99.00 per. they do 2 to 3 increases annually and they do not tell you this when you begin. you get a post card shockingly in the mail after 3monts with your first increase. I now pay 180.00 and am on a fixed income and they dont care! they dont care about long term clientele! anyone can walk in and rent my size unit 15x20 for 96.50 but yet they increased me and other people that are already there to 179.00! Avoid at all costs. Severe water damage to irreplaceable items. A storage unit has one function: to safely store your possessions. This place cannot do that.
