What a great experience on the purchase of our new Escalade Z, from our salesperson George Castillo to our finance manager, to our lady that explained everything about the vehicle before we drove away from the dealership to the several phone calls and text checking on us after the sale! I would definitely recommend Big Star Cadillac to anyone in the market for a vehicle.
Got an ev for a loaner vehicle. I could not keep it for the amount of time needed to finish my vehicle. My time means a lot to me and sitting in a car for 30 mins to an hour while I wait in a parking lot is not on my list of things to do. So I took it back and didnt get my car serviced completely. Probably wont go back. I had to set up my pil change a month in advance just to not have my car completed
