Poor communication from the start. Found over 100 nails and screws on the ground in the backyard in plain sight once the roofers finished (went and picked them up myself so the dogs did not step on them or eat them). Curt seemed put off at my complaints more than anything. Jake was by far the best person we dealt with during this process. Big Sky Exterior needs to watch who they hire out to do the work under their name and work on their communication skills and doing what they say they will do. Big sky exterior design has been excellent to work with. From the beginning to the end they were helpful, responsive and prompt. Todd helped us through the initial design process without a hitch. Curt was professional & easy to work with. Russ & Jeremiah did a great job fixing all that was wrong with previous contractors work.
We recently had a new window and patio door put in, and our house resided. Curt was our initial contact with the company. He was polite and courteous, and always prompt with getting back to us when we had questions or concerns. The entire crew was very professional and quick. They worked long hours and made sure we were happy with the end result. We are beyond happy with the work they did, and we would recommend them to anyone looking to have work done. 5 stars all the way!

The installers were fantastic but the sales person ruined the experience. My boyfriend had windows installed in our home and the sales person was bizarre from the get go. Kind of off putting to harass us for some exit statement to be video taped for customer testimony. Wouldn’t recommend
We are very happy with Big Sky Exterior Designs. We had them install three windows and wrap our garage trim. Curt was wonderful to work with and after receiving bids from several other companies, Big Sky Exterior was the clear choice. I felt comfortable having the installer on the property unattended and we are so happy with the finished product! We will definitely use them again.
