The vets and staff at Big Rock in New Brighton are the kindest and most compassionare people we’ve ever met. They truly cater to you to make you feel at home there. You feel like part of their family. When you suffer a loss you feel like they are hurting along with you. They are supportive and comforting. I can’t say enough good things about this practice.
We had just adopted our Opal girl from a local shelter and had not yet establish a vet. As is common with shelter cats, she came down with an upper respiratory virus and I was concerned with her breathing. Big Rock did not even hesitate to squeeze her in. They are great people caring, loving, they really care deeply for your babies you feel very comfortable and they explain everything that needs done my Emma is going to get spaded tomorrow and my husband and I are very comfortable and relax knowing that she is well taken care of I highly recommend going there
Dr. Cirillo & her staff were AMAZING with me & my Lucy today!! I was totally freaked out abt her condition, & they eased my mind, diagnosed the problem, & all was well! Turns out the issue was NOT bad like I thought....and my Lucy is gonna b fine!! I found my new vet!!! Thank u all from the bottom of my heart!!!!! ���
So today I woke up to my baby, Franklin, coughing and acting oddly. I immediately called our vet and they were already full. Big Rock came recommended to us in the meantime. I called and was greeted in a very friendly manner, which put me at ease. I was able to get in same day and I am so very happy that I decided to go there. We had the BEST treatment.
