Huge THANK YOU to Dr. Clauss, all the vet techs and staff at Big Rock Vet for their kind, caring and compassionate hearts!!! I take my 17 year old Min Pin here and I am so thankful that they don't see her as "just an old dog" and give up hope. They really take the time to be as thorough as possible and do whatever is possible for my pets and I can't Thank these people enough!
I cannot say enough good things about Big Rock. Not only do they provide excellent service and great prices, they care deeply about the animals. My interactions with the vet techs and Dr. Cirillo have all been extremely positive. You can tell how much she enjoys her work. They call me to check on my dog after every visit where he receives vaccines. Weekend appointments are extremely convenient for me as I work throughout the week. If you are looking for a vet in the Beaver County area, check them out.
Such a caring, friendly, and patient staff. My little Chloe was not very well behaved but they were so good with her. Very reasonably priced and accommodating.
Thank you so much to Dr Ann , Nurse Vet Stephanie and staff that went over and beyond for me and Lukie On that Sunday morning. It ended in a very sad day for me. I had to make the hardest decision in my life. My precious Lukie crossed over the rainbow 🌈 bridge that day. They took good care of him so he did not suffer. Once again Thank you for everything I can’t say the pain has gone but one day I will get another cat in my Lukie memories he will live in our ♥️♥️♥️ forever.
The staff and doctor are awesome. They were so helpful helping me help my Lucy cross over the Rainbow 🌈 Bridge.
