After leaving big rock i noticed my Visa card was charged 95.00 in a second transaction in addition to my already paid bill. When i called the very rude Accountant told me the server swiped my card twice as a mistake and that unfortunately i dont get anything free in life. Not only did he call me a STUBBORN woman , he then hung up in my face. I will never attend this restaurant again! I also asked to speak to a manager and he claimed he was the manager which was a lie.
Big Rock Chophouse is definitely a favorite in our household. The food is phenomenal and the service is top notch. We have always thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at Big Rock.
Great place for steaks seafood drinks friends if you go upstairs you can smoke a cigar and hang with your buddies. And use a good place to hideout and not be found. Service is wonderful people are kind I don't think you can have a bedtime in this place.
Food is good but the service and the way they seat people is ridiculous. We went on a Friday night and tried to sit in a table in the bar area but they told us it was reserved. BUY some signs that say RESERVED. We got another table but were told we have to vacate by 6:30. We stayed till 6:30 and sure enough we were told to leave at 6:30 on the dot. Are the tables in the bar area part of some kind of timeshare network? Our wait person changed in the middle of our stay, but no one told us. TELL PEOPLE!
