I texted Big River last weekend on a Sunday and they responded within minutes. Through text all of my questions were answered and inspections were scheduled to fit my schedule. Angela was my inspector who was very friendly, thorough, and informative. Angela inspected a property that I am considering buying and she was amazing! I have bought 3 other properties in the past and have had 3 other home inspections.
