Marco was very thorough and knowledgeable and did a great job of walking us through everything in a way we could understand it. We have never had a home inspection that was so thorough!! We got such detailed reports with pictures, drone footage and recommendations on everything they found. They also rate how significant the item is as far as the safety and hazard aspect. Very professional, courteous and online report is easy to review and dig into details. We will absolutely use this company again if we need an inspection.

Big River Property Inspection did a very thorough and detailed inspection on the home I am in the process of buying. They went over everything with me and made recommendations based on what they saw. Inspection was very detailed and he answered all our questions and made me feel good about being able to move into my new house and not have to worry about any major issues.
Detailed inspection with with pictures and explanations. Marco took time to explain and has been great to answer our questions afterward. I am so glad he did our inspection for our home we are purchasing. Put my mind at ease about our purchase and helps us to focus on priorities we need to start with when we take possession.
